It’s good, but I miss my characters!

I really like this game. It’s even better than the previous part. But there is a huge thing that I don’t like at all. After couple of levels the game heroes just disappear. It didn’t bother me at first, but when I realised that I need to buy items for dressing characters - I was really disappointed. I tried even reinstalling the game, but it didn’t help. I really hope that there will be some update that will fix this problem.
